Very much like the 13 oz. high gloss but only a matte finish
Available in White and Yellow (3' & 6' rolls)

16 oz double face

Very strong "Blackout" material for outdoor and indoor use.
Heavy layer of vinyl film coated to both sides of an extra strong polyester mesh fabric plus an inner blackout layer for total opacity.
Great for outdoor pole banners & across the street banners.
Recommended vinyl for this material is 2mil cast high performance especially on rough side
